At The Crowded Shelf, we want you to love your gear as much as you love a good plot twist. If something's not right, we'll make it right — no drama, no cliffhangers.

We offer refunds for:

• Items sent incorrectly (wrong book-nerd shirt showed up? Our bad.)
• Damaged or defective products (holes are for plot, not tees.)

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date — think of it as the return policy's version of a library due date.
